Art Psychotherapist, Organisational Consultant and Jungian Analyst (in training)
I am a Registered Mental Health Clinician with over 20 years of experience working within the NHS and with associated partners, supporting emotional health and wellbeing across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical work spans a broad range of mental health services, including Addictions, Eating Disorders, Mother & Baby, Depression and Anxiety, Psychiatric care, Offending Behaviour, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health, including family-focused interventions.
In private practice, I work as an Art Psychotherapist and am currently training as a Jungian Analyst. My therapeutic approach is grounded in systemic, psychodynamic, and psychoanalytic (Jungian) frameworks—engaging with the unconscious and drawing on the work of Carl Jung and post-Jungian theorists. I also integrate trauma-informed approaches, such as mindfulness, into my practice.
You may have various reasons for seeking therapy, as life can sometimes feel like a challenging, unknown and difficult journey. My approach is to work with you in creating a space where your feelings, thoughts and experiences can emerge. Through empathic support, I aim to help you make sense of, and navigate these complexities.
